Our team

Ridgedale has embraced the concept of team staffing.  We use teams to teach, lead worship, do student ministry, children's ministry and just about any other ministry we have engaged.  The staff team, under the leadership of our Senior Pastor and Elders, exists to serve the greater team of our lay leaders.  The staff team is here to equip and enable them to do ministry.  (Ephesians 4:11-12)  
We want to produce and release spiritual leaders.

The Board of Directors as set forth in Scripture is one of sympathy, witness, and service after the examples of Jesus Christ.  Persons of spiritual character, honest repute, of exemplary lives, brotherly and sisterly love, warm sympathies, and sound judgement should be chosen for this office.  It is the duty of a Board Member, first of all, to minister to those who are in need, to the sick, to the friendless, and to anyone who may be in distress both within and beyond the community of faith.
